Bug corrections for the next release

This week we will release a new version of GigaTribe.
This update will fix bugs from GigaTribe 3.00.02x.
Corrected bugs are:
- Shared folders as always new
- Crash problems for some users
GigaTribe 3.00.023 fixes crash issues

This is the shortest lifespan for a release. GigaTribe 3.00.023 is out now! (3.00.022 only lasted a couple of hours 
- Crash issues are now fixed
- Shared folder loading is reduced dramatically when you connect to GigaTribe
- The “News” tabs refresh automatically when you change your theme

GigaTribe 3.00.021 is available

We just released GigaTribe 3.00.021.
As usual, this new version fix multiple bugs. 2 important changes have to be noted:
- We do not use DivX web player anymore. We prefered VideoLAN (alias VLC), the french well-known media player.
- We added a “Users” tab allowing you to have a quickview of the last connection date for all your contacts. We added multiple selection as well for a better contact management.

The facebook application for GigaTribe !

Now, all Tribers can link GigaTribe to their facebook account.
Thanks to our facebook app, you can easily invite new Tribers and all your friends from facebook!
The GigaTribe facebook application is accessible directly from your news page, on GigaTribe.
A new version of GigaTribe is available (3.00.020)

GigaTribe 3.00.020 is available to download.
This new version fixes multiple bugs, brings improvements and new features.
Here the list of the major enhancements provided by GigaTribe 3.00.020:
- Fix connection bug when GigaTribe is set to launch at start
- v2/v3 compatibility enhancements
- Queued transfers are better managed
- Maximizing GigaTribe windows does not cover Windows taskbar anymore
- User interface improvements
- Quick access to the search function
- Email notifications for invitation and acceptation

GigaTribe 3 public preview for Mac is available

GigaTribe 3 for Mac (build 3.00.020) is available to download as a public preview!
By installing GigaTribe 3 preview, please be aware that there are some bugs, and that the user interface is not Mac-friendly yet. Future improvements will be made when we start the beta-test.
GigaTribe for Mac was announced months ago. It has been long awaited by our user community; we hope you will like it.
GigaTribe 3 preview is built for Mac Intel only. Mac OS 10.4 or later is required.
GigaTribe 3 preview works well on Mac OS 10.6 Snow leopard.

About GigaTribe for Mac…

We described our roadmap many times (windows > mac > linux) so we are not going to write about this point again. But it’s a question that we have received many times on the blog: “What’s going on with the Mac version?”
GigaTribe 3 for Mac has been under development for several weeks, and the first alpha version is running pretty well. For now on, we need to fix an major bug that is causing multiple crashes.
Here at GigaTribe, we love the Mac, and we are eager to release the first beta before Christmas!
We hope our Mac users feel better now. GigaTribe for Mac is in progress and it is going well… stay tuned – coming soon to a Mac near you!

We just released GigaTribe communities.
If you are a fan, a photographer, a gamer, a Mac user 
… join your community right now and meet new Tribers who share the same passion!
You can access the list of communities directly from GigaTribe 3.19 via the “news” tab. You may switch anytime from one community to another, as often as you wish. Just choose one to start with!
